1992
Piscinas Mon de Pra is born

Piscinas Mon de Pra was founded as a company in 1992. We entered the polyester pool manufacturing market with a differential advantage over our competitors:the passion for the sea and the great experience in the nautical sector of our founder, Xema Moncayola.

This know-how in the world of high-performance boats has enabled us to manufacture our products, from the outset, using technology and quality superior to other polyester pools.

M2 factory

The first Mon de Pra sold was a Deep 875 pool (now discontinued), in January 1992. Eight years later, in 2000, in order to meet the growing demand for our products, we opened our current facilities in Riudellots de la Selva, Girona, with a total of 5,000 m2 of factory space and 42,000 m2 for stock storage.

2004
First branch in France

In 2004 we opened our first branch in France, in a rented warehouse in Droyes, and subsequently built our first French factory in Sermoutiers, which has 4,500 m2 of factory and 50,000 m2 of land where we store our stocks.

2016
Ceramic de Luxe is born

2016 was the year in which Piscinas Mon de Pra became Mon de Pra Group, following the enormous growth experienced by the company and the birth of our most exclusive brand, Ceramic de Luxe. The entry into the luxury polyester swimming pool market, with a ceramic finish that is unique in the world.

Distributors

Many things have changed since the beginning of our professional career. We started with 10 local distributors and currently have a portfolio of 415 in Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, England and the Netherlands. In the last three decades, we have grown from 7 employees to a staff of 170 people. A large family that we strive to care for, and in which companionship, empathy and personal and professional recognition are paramount.

The Association is committed to inclusive horse riding and hippotherapy for people with disabilities. This allows every horse lover, whatever their physical condition, have an opportunity to live the wonderful experience with these noble animals.

Rodonita is a commitment to trends, innovation and originality. And a commitment beyond aesthetics for Ceramic de Luxe. For each Rhodonite-colored pool purchased by one of our customers, we will collaborate with research to fight breast cancer, a disease historically associated with the color pink.

Our mission is, from the beginning, to bring to the world not only a tone of calm and inspiration, but a direct collaboration with the people who face this disease on a daily basis.
